Welcome to Geo Time Tracker ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities/actions under your password.
Geo Time Tracker provides attendance tracking and time management software (the "Service") accessed via web and mobile applications.
The Service is intended for business use. You may not use the Service for personal, household, or consumer purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation) attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with normal operation, or using the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Geo Time Tracker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
5.1 Fees are specified on our pricing page and are payable in advance.
5.2 All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added to invoices as required.
5.3 We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect the current subscription period.
6.1 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6.2 Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid subscription period.
6.3 No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time, except as required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including (without limitation) if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8.1 Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 We act as a Data Processor for personal data you submit to the Service. You remain the Data Controller.
8.3 Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), where applicable, forms part of these Terms.
8.4 Data is hosted in UK data centres (London region).
9.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential information secret and use it only for purposes of providing/using the Service.
9.2 This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
In no event shall Geo Time Tracker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
11.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
11.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geo Time Tracker from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, strikes, outages, or other events).
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy, or practices.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
